At checkout, be sure to include your waist measurement. Grab a tape measure, rest it above or below the navel, where you are comfortable, where you want your WaistBliss to rest, and record your size in inches, and include in the Note section of your order before completing. Be sure the belly is relaxed, as sucking in or pushing the abdomen out will give an inaccurate measurement and a poor fit of your beads.
